Befriending Networks Membership Feedback Report 2023

In March 2023, we asked you to respond to our survey asking for your views on how well we are doing at delivering our services and advancing our objectives. Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond to our evaluation survey. 2023 marks the first year that the survey has been open to members and non-members, and the results will be instrumental in improving our service in the future.

The survey focused on:

·       How members & non-members are accessing and using our services

·       Gathering feedback and ratings on all aspects of our services

·       How well members & non-members believe we are delivering on our objectives

·       How well we are supporting the growth of knowledge, skills, connection and impact within the befriending community

With a response rate of 31%, compared to 25% in 2022, we hope the survey results accurately reflect the needs and opinions of our members and non-members. Check out the full report to read our findings.
