Age UK Hammersmith & Fulham

We match older people with a befriender that either visits at least once per we in person or makes a call to have a chat. Sometimes this can involve going out for a walk.

Information for volunteers

We help to reduce loneliness and isolation for older people in Hammersmith and Fulham by matching people who may have a similar interest. It is great to be able to listen and gain experience from those whom may have done it before. It involves either a weekly visit in person or a telephone call for a chat.
