We will talk to you to understand your interests and needs and then match you with a volunteer who has been recruited and trained by us. Activities that can be undertaken by befrienders include visiting you in your home, sharing an activity or doing small amounts of shopping or other small tasks in the model of a 'good neighbour'. We also offer a telephone befriending service where if you would appreciate a weekly telephone call then help is at hand.
