Q&A Session: Wellbeing (don't burnout!)

Join Befriending Networks for a Q&A Session; a time to ask questions, get support and exchange ideas with other befriending services. Following on from Mental Health Awareness Week in May, it is important to keep conversations about mental health and wellbeing going. To give you a little break from your day and time to recharge, this session will begin with some chair yoga & mindfulness (no experience needed). We'll then discuss how you, your organisation, your befriendees and your befrienders are coping with the many changes that have taken place over the last few months.
