Stress Awareness Month Wellbeing Session

Join Befriending Networks for a Q&A Session; a time to ask questions, get support and exchange ideas with other befriending services. Stress Awareness Month is the perfect time to talk about mental health and wellbeing. To give you a little break from your day and time to recharge, this session will begin with some chair yoga & mindfulness (no experience needed). We'll then discuss how you, your organisation, your befriendees and your befrienders have coped with the stress of the last year and ways to find support as we continue to face uncertainties. Previous wellbeing sessions have proved popular, so make sure to sign up soon!
