Consent and Permissions

All film entries agreed to the following terms and conditions:

The film will first be shown at our Befriending Networks Annual Conference on 1st November 2023. Thereafter the film will be available on our YouTube channel, the Befriending Networks website, and will be scheduled to appear on social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) as public posts for up to 18 months. We will keep the film on our YouTube channel for up to three years. Once a film is submitted, request to withdraw your submission can only be made up to 15th October 2023. We can only accept submissions from the person contained within the film – please do not submit on behalf of another person as we won’t be able to use the film. Submitting a film with your image indicates consent and understanding to how, where and for how long the film will be used.
