"The scenario sessions really challenged how I would deal with many situations and made me reflect. It was so beneficial hearing other peoples feedback, views and opinions." - FAMS
"Very informative and helped me feel confident about being part of providing a befriending service." - MD Group Maintenance Mates
"Both myself and the staff were thoroughly impressed with this training. The balance of training and activities was spot on and allowed staff to take the time to reflect and evaluate their current professional boundaries . All staff walked away feeling more confident and clear on how to establish boundaries with service users, volunteers and for themselves at work." - South West Edible Estates

About Bespoke Training
After a free consultation, our experienced team can design and deliver training to fit any project's requirements. Most recently, we have provided befriending volunteer training, staff leadership training, and mental health awareness training. We design many different formats too: toolkits, powerpoints, videos, reading materials, workshops and training resources and materials.
Costs will be calculated based upon the time & resource necessary for preparation, delivery and evaluation. Additional costs can include travel and accommodation where necessary, however we do try to keep the costs down as much as possible and will openly discuss this.
Curious about how the process operates? See our Guide to Bespoke here. or watch our video below with a step-by-step guide.
We are more than happy to speak to all enquiries through a free consultation on Zoom. Please note that bespoke has been extremely popular in the past year and we are currently working on a number of projects. Depending on your needs, there may be a wait before bespoke can be delivered. Request an appointment with Victoria Galloway, Learning and Development Officer to learn more. You can do so here.
