Whilst we have experience of delivering a variety of services in the UK, including supporting during floods, Grenfell tower fire, homeless food provision etc, we had to adapt very quickly during the covid crisis. Our Covid helpline has taken many referals from people requiring befriending. We use video facilities as well as face to face keeping in mind strict government guidance.
