The Tribunal unit has a central role in supporting working age clients who are affected by illness/disability. Research has shown that there is no befriending network across the North Lanarkshire localities, focusing only on vulnerable working age people.

North Lanarkshire Befriending Project has been working in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council since 1999, providing a befriending service to young people aged 8-18 in the local area. Please note that referrals for our service must come through North Lanarkshire Council Social Services.

Warwickshire Young Carers is here to help improve the lives of Young Carers across Warwickshire by offering free and confidential support. We work with young carers from the age of 8 upwards, (6 in some areas) and aim to help make a difference to their lives by encouraging them to take time out to relax, take a break and to realise their own dreams. We don’t have all the answers, but we will try to find them for any Young Carers who come to us for help or support. Warwickshire Young Carers is an independent local charity that tailors the help, support and advice we offer to the individual needs of each Young Carer.
