Wonderfully made woman provides holistic support for women and girls who have experienced significant adversity, helping them build their confidence so they can thrive.

We provide befriender service for Single mothers who are going through tough times. Single mothers are often stigmatised and isolated because of the stereotype, our aim is to support them, help those coming out of abusive relationships, single mothers who are finding it difficult to cope on a daily basis and so on. we provide emotional and practical support, from home visit to taking a walk, providing telephone service, zoom hangout.

Information for volunteers

Our befriending service for single mothers is to provide emotional and practical support for them, such as home visit, weekly telephone calls to check up on them, zoom hangout,. Being a single mum can be very lonely, especially when the children are young, we are looking for passionate volunteers who can support these women, many have lost their confidence because of the stigma attached to being a single mum, the society sees them as failures, women who couldn't keep their relationship, we want to help them address and correct the stereotype, make them feel loved and help them to thrive. No one deserves to be stigmatised.
