The service is for older people who are lonely and isolated. They may have a variety of needs, such as, recently bereaved, a memory concern or physical illness restricting their mobility.

Volunteers visit older people who are lonely and isolated within their own homes. Volunteers sit and chat, support with small tasks or do an activity with the person.
