AgeUK Leicester Shire & Rutland

Befriending Visits
Our Befriending services support older people who may be lonely or socially isolated and would benefit from a friendly face calling in on a regular basis at a mutually convenient day and time.

https://www.ageuk.org.uk/leics/our-services/support-in-the-community/befriending-and-mentoring/

Befriending services are available in Rutland and North West Leicestershire.

Telephone befriending is available through our Loneliness Prescription service.
Befriending support is available to older veterans through our Joining Forces project.

Older people who live alone in these areas are eligible for the Befriending Service which can be accessed by older people or by referral.
