Building on the skills and knowledge of Developing the Leader 1, this day’s course will enable participants to further develop their awareness and skills in the areas of:

  • Time management
  • Managing change
  • Managing staff
  • Coaching skills

Cost

£70.00 per delegate for members (£75 for non-members). Alternatively, members can book all three sessions of Developing the Leader for £150 (saving £30).
